MT student is a new Mental Training program designed for students who face numerous challenges of the student life and academic requirements. Throughout the program, you will learn many simple and easy-to-use techniques in a very short time. Using these techniques will enable you to stay calm and focused in stressful situations, and very motivated throughout the academic year.

The number of participants per education is limited in order to ensure the quality of work and the ability to share experiences. Our aim is for each participant is to be able to quickly and efficiently use the learned tools in everyday life, and to encourage him/her to achieve academic success. Mental Training represents the psychology of excellence. For this reason, we put emphasis on examples and practical experience
Trainings are on Mondays, 5 PM to 7 PM, through 8 consecutive workshops. In order to ensure and track your progress, the program includes our online MT app as well as tasks and homework. This way, you will conduct Mental Training even between the workshops.
