As an athlete, Igor has always been the one who put forth the absolute maximum amount of effort possible in every training session. He later transferred the same approach to his work and developing his own business, which, as he says, is his calling and about which he is as passionate as he is about sport. That passion for sport could be the reason why he, back in 2006 while studying Psychology in Minnesota, USA started creating the concept of Mental Training. At the time, he was a part of the university’s swimming team with which he won several big titles in the States. Igor, simultaneously, represented Croatia as a part of its National swimming team on numerous European and World championships as well as at The 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
After finishing his studies, Igor continued his education in the fields of psychotherapy and stress management. He also wrote columns for various sites and scientific articles. He was also a lecturer at numerous symposiums, seminars, and congresses.
Igor has always had many interests which is why, for several years, he also worked as coach of a Croatian Academic Swimming Team Mladost. As the years went by, Igor has had the privilege of working with several elite athletes, sport clubs, and national teams. However, he did not limit his work only to the field of sport. In 2010, Igor started working with people from the general population, the ones from the field of management as well as with numerous Croatian and world corporations.
Today, Igor walks the same path. He writes columns on his own web page, holds educations and lectures, and puts the most of his energy towards working with people who aspire to fulfill their full potential … of course only if they are ready to do the work that is necessary for it to happen.
