Prices on this website are the same for all types of payments. 25% VAT is already included in the price.
We make deliveries all over Croatia by using the Intereuropa courier service (GLS). The delivery fee for orders up to 1000 HRK is 30 HRK, regardless of the weight and dimensions of the product and the place of delivery. Delivery is free for all orders over 1000 HRK.
Website en.mentalnitrening.hr (hereinafter ‘Website’) has been initiated and operated by MENTAL TRAINING CENTER Ltd. (hereinafter ‘Mental Training’ or ‘We’).

Users who send materials accept and agree they will not be (but could be according to an autonomous Mental Training decision) paid any fee. All users who voluntarily submit materials to Mental Training guarantee under full criminal and financial liability that it represents solely their property and that they own the copyrights for the materials sent. If Mental Training, due to the publication of these materials, suffers any damage, Mental Training will be entitled to claim full damages from the user.
Mental training disclaims all responsibility related to any content on the Internet created by third parties.
If the website provides links to other websites over which we have no control of, Mental Training shall be held responsible neither for the accuracy of the content of these third party websites nor for the negative consequences that may arise from the use of other websites.

Business conditions apply to customers whose residency is located in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The seller is MENTAL TRAINING CENTER d.o.o. (detailed data here) and the customer is a visitor of this website, an adult and a business person who completes an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payments through PayPal, general payment/bank transfer/e-banking, or payment on delivery.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided during purchase.
By ordering items, the customer accepts the terms and conditions listed on this site. Please send your possible disagreement with the Terms, either wholly or in part, in writing before your first order on e-mail: info@mentalnitrening.hr or to the seller’s address. The customer is entitled to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/2014). The customer’s right is realized within the deadline and in the manner provided by law.
MENTAL TRAINING CENTER d.o.o. can dispose an order and not deliver the item if it finds that the Mental Training website has been misused or finds that the order information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Mental Training Websites can be used and all content viewed for private use only without any fees for use, and according to Terms of Use. Services provided by MENTAL TRAINING CENTER d.o.o. via the Internet store do not include the costs that incur by using computer equipment and services to access our site. Mental Training is not responsible for the costs of phone, data traffic, or any other costs that may arise when ordering or browsing/searching the website. MENTAL TRAINING CENTER d.o.o. reserves the right to change these Terms. All changes will be published on these web pages.

Sales can be made via online store www.mentalnitrening.hr, by telephone or by e-mail. Prices are retail and are expressed in kunas (HRK).
Delivery is made via Intereuropa, GLS, to the specified address exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery of consignments outside the Republic of Croatia is not possible.
Delivery of an item depends on the payment method. Methods of payment are payment on delivery, payment on a bank account or PayPal. In case of payment on delivery, the item will be ready when you order it. In case of payment in a bank, postal office or via Internet, the items are ready for delivery upon the receipt of your payment to our account. When paying on delivery, the user is required to accept the consignment(s).
In order for the product to arrive at the customer’s address safely, we can provide the carrier with a customer’s phone number so that the carrier can contact the customer if the customer is not at home or at the stated address. In this way, we want to avoid re-dispatchment.
The packaging of the product is carried out so that during any manipulation or transportation of the product the product remains undamaged and delivered to the customer properly.
If the customer does not receive the goods or any delivery information in the expected time, the customer must inform the seller so they can take certain actions: find the consignment and send a new or a replaced item. If the goods ordered by the customer are correct and undamaged and the customer does not want to accept them, the seller is entitled to claim compensation of all costs related to the delivery of the product from the customer. The delivery time depends on the type of the ordered items. Delivery time is indicated for each item. In case the customer orders more items and the time of delivery of one of the items is longer, the delivery time will be in the period of the item with the longer delivery time. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the delivery deadline.
The seller agrees to deliver a product that is technically correct and complies with the type and description of the products mentioned at en.mentalnitrening.hr.
We reserve the right for errors in description, photos, prices, and number of items due to automatic entry of items into the system as well as automatic order confirmation. In case of a mistake, the statement of our operator is relevant. Orders are packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during normal manipulation.The customer is entitled to a refund in case the product has material or qualitative defects that could not be detected when the goods were taken over. In this case, please send us a complaint about the product so we can arrange the return and replacement of such product or a refund.
If you have received a product that you have not ordered, or have received a product with a defect or you have any objection, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, please inform us at info@mentalnitrening.hr
After customer complaints regarding accuracy of products, Mental Training will promptly organize the handing via our authorized courier company, Intereuropa GLS. The expense for such refunds will be fully taken over by Mental Training, after which it will without any compensation send a replacement product to the customer with the first possible delivery or grant him/her a refund, depending on the customer’s choice.
If the customer wants to replace a valid and an unused product he/she does not like, the product can be returned to the seller within 14 days upon receiving it. If you would like to return or replace a valid product, please inform us at info@mentalnitrening.hr so we can arrange a replacement of such product or a refund. By receiving the product in question in its original packaging, Mental Training will send a replacement item in accordance with the customer’s choice.
The consumer must bear only the direct costs incurred due to returning the item unless the seller agrees to bear such costs or if the seller has failed to inform the consumer of their responsibility.
In accordance with Act. 72 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/2014), you can cancel your order without any charge and without giving any reasons within 14 days of receving the product. In that case, we will retrieve or replace the product (in accordance with the provisions of Articles 74 to 77 of the Consumer Protection Act). We will take over the item via our authorized courier company, Intereuropa GLS.
If you terminate this Contract unilaterally, we will give you a full refund, including the costs of delivery and without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receving your decision of the unilaterally termination of the contract and upon taking over the returned item(s). Refunds will be made in the same way you made your payment. In case you agree to a different refund payment, you will not bear any costs related to the refund.
